About The Role: Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Residences team as our Public Area Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping all residential common areas and administrative areas clean and well stocked in accordance with Four Seasons standards. What You Will Do: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all residential and public areas—including washrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, and back-of-house spaces—in accordance with Four Seasons standards. Anticipate and respond to resident needs with genuine care, taking ownership of requests and delivering personalized, thoughtful service experiences. Provide courteous and friendly assistance to residents and guests while ensuring all spaces remain welcoming, safe, and well-maintained. What You Bring: Detail-Oriented and Organizational Skills; Previous Housekeeping experience preferred; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. What To Expect: Work a flexible full-time schedule (40 hours) work schedule including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Maintain continuous mobility throughout the shift, remaining on your feet for extended periods while proactively addressing guest needs and completing cleaning responsibilities with efficiency and attention to detail. Maintain consistent and effective communication with the Residences team throughout the shift to ensure seamless coordination and an exceptional guest experience.
