Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic and influential professional to join our Corporate Affairs and Sustainability team as Public and Regulatory Affairs Manager. In this role, you will lead our stakeholder engagement and public affairs agenda, shape policy and regulatory strategies, and ensure effective management of the external environment to support our business growth and reputation.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain robust communication channels with policymakers, trade and industry associations, employer organizations, NGOs, and community organizations, fostering positive and productive relationships
  • Develop and manage stakeholder engagement strategies to position us as a trusted partner and support Group / local business strategy and key business projects
  • Represent Coca-Cola HBC in interactions with external stakeholders, industry associations, and public forums, helping to enhance our public image
  • Support the development and implementation of policy-related strategies that align with our business priorities
  • Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with Bulgarian and EU regulations affecting the beverage industry, proactively identifying, and addressing regulatory risks

Requirements

  • University degree and 5+ years of leadership experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations or Regulatory Affairs, Public Relations, Public Administration, preferably in the FMCG or other relevant industries
  • Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy
  • Strong understanding of Bulgarian & EU regulatory environment and its business impact
  • Excellent communication, influencing and representation skills
