Job Description: Key Accountabilities: Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with key government organizations which are of relevance to the company's businesses in China (NDRC, CAAC, etc) Strengthen and maintain an effective liaison network with key government officials at both local and central levels. Monitor and analyse PRC government policies, plans and regulatory environment which could have an impact on company's businesses in China proactively; assist in the development of company's business strategy and help to integrate potential impacts and considerations into relevant business plans. Support business function in the course of their interactions with the government by providing appropriate advice and potential sensitivities in preparation for meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 10 years above public affairs / public relations related working experience
  • Prior working experience in the relevant government organization or the relevant domain preferred
  • A keen understanding of the policy, regulatory, and geopolitical landscape in China
  • Strong oral and written communications skills, fluent in English and Chinese
  • Open-minded and respect cultural diversity
