Successful candidates will have the ability to manage a complex network of internal and external stakeholders, while also keeping their finger on the pulse of rapidly changing legislative and regulatory priorities. Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement advertising strategies that break through across regions and countries
  • Use data and insights to make campaigns and communications more targeted, persuasive and effective
  • Align key audiences, media and measurement approach into a single public affairs program stretching across multiple topics, audiences, and countries
  • Work in close partnership with the public policy, communications, product and creative teams to ensure all work is grounded in research and business proof points and makes real impact with key constituencies
  • Implement holistic and data-driven programs and process with clear, measurable results, that work in close harmony with media relations and direct outreach
  • In partnership with cross-functional counterparts, continually refine objectives, the audience, media and creative strategy, and measurement approach for the work
  • Define and implement the approach, strategy and process to ensure that Meta shows up appropriately in relevant conversations
  • Build impactful relationships and serve as a dependable point of contact for the teams across policy, communications, marketing, creative, product, research, legal, and content strategy

Requirements

  • Seven to ten years working in marketing
  • Proven project management experience, with experience driving multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects through a robust review process while meeting rapid-response and accelerated deadlines
  • Highly professional communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
  • Capacity to work effectively and swiftly with all levels of management, both internally and externally
  • Proven experience prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively, with willingness to take the initiative and make things happen
  • Ability to partner with central and local teams across global markets, while reflecting regional and market-specific nuances, collaborating asynchronously, and actively seeking feedback to tailor content to its intended audience
  • Analytical, team player who can easily adapt to changing needs and priorities, while thriving in dynamic environments
  • Context switch easily, especially between strategic, tactical and executional responsibilities

Nice to have

  • Experience working in political campaigns either working directly for a candidate/on an issue, or at an agency or consultancy
  • Campaign management experience delivering high-impact campaigns in markets around the world, aimed at building trust with key constituencies
