Pub Supervisor

• Support our Assistant Pub Manager & Landlord with overseeing the entire running of the pub including both F&B services and reservations of the pub’s 6 rooms
• Ensuring a considered food service, that is fun and personal to all
• Enthusiastic towards serving seriously good, pub grub
• Ensuring the team are working collaboratively to provide a consistent service
• Working within a close-knit team, you will be at the forefront of driving the standards
• Supporting the team and chipping in where necessary to ensure service runs efficiently
• Working on our wine list & bar list offering, liaising with suppliers and adapting the lists when required
• Taking a pro-active approach in developing their skills behind the bar

• Experience as a senior bar tender or above
• Knowledge of classic cocktails
• WSET Level 2 or above in spirits and/or wine is preferred
• An understanding of bar & wine
• Can demonstrate skills and impart knowledge across the team
• Has an input and provide suggestions for our drinks menu
• Has an understanding of beverage ordering & stocktaking
• Has an understanding of GP & COS
