Review and complete cancellation-related requests with close attention to process requirements and documentation standards
Respond to member questions regarding cancellation charges, billing matters, and refund status with clarity and courtesy
Process refund transactions accurately, verifying supporting details before completion
Support team objectives by collaborating with colleagues and contributing to daily operational activities
