Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in PTC CodeBeamer implementation and customization
Proven track record of successful ALM tool implementation in an automotive or related industry
Extensive experience in implementing and configuring PTC CodeBeamer
Strong understanding of ALM processes and methodologies including Requirements, Change, Test, Defect Management
Familiarity with the automotive industry’s engineering and quality standards
Proficiency in capturing and managing requirements within ALM tools
Ability to customize and configure PTC CodeBeamer based on organizational needs
Experience in providing training and technical support to end-users
Strong skills in creating and maintaining implementation and process documentation
