Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PTC CodeBeamer Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support an automotive organization in the successful implementation and customization of PTC CodeBeamer. This role requires a deep understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implementation and customization of PTC CodeBeamer for an automotive organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements
  • Configure PTC CodeBeamer to meet the specific needs of the organization
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implementation processes
  • Conduct regular assessments and optimize the ALM processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to PTC CodeBeamer implementation
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PTC CodeBeamer implementation and customization
  • Proven track record of successful ALM tool implementations within the automotive or related engineering domains
  • Extensive hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and administering PTC CodeBeamer
  • Strong understanding of ALM processes, including Requirements, Change, Test, and Defect Management
  • Experience aligning CodeBeamer with automotive engineering and quality standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262
  • Proficient in capturing, structuring, and managing requirements within ALM tools to ensure traceability
  • Expertise in customizing workflows, templates, dashboards, and project structures to meet organizational and customer requirements
  • Proven ability to deliver end-user training and provide ongoing technical support to ensure smooth tool adoption
  • Strong experience in creating and maintaining implementation guides, process documentation, and user manuals
  • Knowledge of integrating PTC CodeBeamer with other engineering and lifecycle tools
  • Ability to work closely with business, engineering, quality, and IT teams to drive successful ALM implementation and adoption

  • Flexible and quick to adapt to changing requirements, priorities, and environments
  • Proficiency in creating clear technical documentation, process guides, and user manuals
  • Knowledge of OSLC-based integrations for tool interoperability
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and their integration with ALM tools
  • Exposure to scripting or automation to enhance efficiency within ALM environments
  • Familiarity with PLM tools such as Windchill and their integration with ALM systems
