This position washes and properly stores all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups and small equipment for the department, while maintaining the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and organized condition.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and clean inventory of small wares, utensils, and kitchen supplies
Keep area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary
Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions for kitchen personnel
Keep all dishes, small wares, and utensils clean
Organize and maintain proper inventory of small wares, utensils, and cleaning supplies and equipment, reordering when necessary
Clean and properly maintain working areas and equipment in the kitchen
Organize and properly store perishables for cooks and receiving and issuing clerks
Follow all rules and regulations of ASM Global Food & Beverage
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Delivery and set-up and breakdown of all equipment to prospective functions
Requirements:
Must have a pleasant personality and neat and clean appearance
Must be able to work standing for the duration of shift
Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours
