We are looking for a skilled PT HR Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management, ensuring seamless processes and a positive workplace environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and efficiency of the organization while working collaboratively with leadership and staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a supportive work environment
  • Oversee HR administrative functions, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Administer benefit programs, including enrollment, troubleshooting, and communication with employees
  • Utilize HRIS platforms to manage employee data, streamline processes, and maintain information accuracy
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and benefits
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations to reduce risks and maintain standards
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes
  • Assist in maintaining a culture of inclusivity and respect throughout the organization

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration and compliance practices
  • Familiarity with benefits management, including enrollment and communication
  • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now
  • Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding processes effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and leadership
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and drive improvements
