We are looking for a skilled PT HR Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management, ensuring seamless processes and a positive workplace environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and efficiency of the organization while working collaboratively with leadership and staff.
Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a supportive work environment
Oversee HR administrative functions, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Administer benefit programs, including enrollment, troubleshooting, and communication with employees
Utilize HRIS platforms to manage employee data, streamline processes, and maintain information accuracy
Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and benefits
Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations to reduce risks and maintain standards
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes
Assist in maintaining a culture of inclusivity and respect throughout the organization
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Strong knowledge of HR administration and compliance practices
Familiarity with benefits management, including enrollment and communication
Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now
Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding processes effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and leadership
Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations
Analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and drive improvements
