Job Responsibility:

  • Offer customers an outstanding in-store experience from the moment they arrive
  • Warmly welcome, advise, and maximize in-store sales by expertly guiding customers through product choices and offering personalized recommendations
  • Handle product issues and contributing to the smooth running of the boutique
  • Analyze reported machine malfunctions and provide efficient customer service solutions
  • Participate in daily meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and procedural compliance
  • This role Includes the physical duties of safely lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering boxes and heavy items of various sizes and weights, consistent with provincial safety standards
  • Ensure the physical environment meets the brand's standards
  • Ensure that the Boutique is clean and maintained, including making sure it is well-ordered, has the correct equipment available, and is properly presented at all times
  • You will be required to maintain a high degree of professionalism and adherence to all company policies, including all workplace conduct and safety protocols
  • Immediately report any incident of theft, or safety concerns to management
  • All workplace conversations, behavior, and physical interactions with colleagues and clients must remain professional and respectful
  • Encourage team members, including communicating team goals related to customer service processes
  • Assist in creating a culture of safety, actively identifying areas for new training
  • Assist the team where and when needed
  • Perform any other job-related duties

Requirements:

  • 1 year of prior hotel, sales or retail experience is required
  • Flexibility to work Friday evening, Saturdays, Sundays
