Job Description

Our client is implementing a new audit management platform (Optro / AuditBoard) that will be used system-wide across a large, multi-campus environment. This role will support the initial go-live and post-implementation hyper-care phase, helping auditors successfully adopt and use the system. This is a hands-on role requiring both audit domain knowledge and system administration experience. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked closely with audit teams and supported or administered an audit or GRC platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide system administration support for an audit management platform (Optro / AuditBoard or similar)
  • Manage user access, provisioning and deprovisioning, and day-to-day system administration
  • Support initial system configuration and maintain ongoing platform settings
  • Troubleshoot user and system issues during and after implementation
  • Support secure and consistent system use across multiple teams and locations
  • Assist with basic reporting and workflows
  • Provide training support for auditors, including answering user questions during implementation, creating job aids and standard training materials, supporting ongoing internal training needs
  • Serve as a go-to resource during the post-go-live hyper-care period

Requirements

  • Experience administering AuditBoard, Optro, or a similar audit / GRC / compliance platform
  • 1–2 years of experience supporting or administering an audit system (hands-on usage experience is also acceptable)
  • Strong understanding of internal audit and auditing processes
  • Experience supporting systems used by multiple teams or locations
  • Comfort wearing multiple hats in an implementation and support environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and support end users with varying levels of technical ability

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS platforms in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Familiarity with system configuration, workflows, and basic reporting
  • Experience supporting or training professional users during system rollouts
  • Exposure to Single Sign-On (SSO) or secure access controls
