Job Description:

Baptist Health is seeking a Full-Time Psychometrist (Days – Float) Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. to join our growing team. This position works across multiple Baptist Behavioral Health (BBH) locations, supporting both adult and pediatric neuropsychological testing. The Psychometrist will work closely with psychologists and neuropsychologists to administer, score, and support both computerized and in-person assessments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist psychologists and neuropsychologists with the administration and scoring of neuropsychological tests (in-person and computerized)
  • Supervise patients during computer-based test administration
  • Develop report templates and assist with reporting test results
  • Track and manage testing inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, obtaining insurance authorizations, coordinating referrals, and charting
  • Support medical record requests as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years Behavioral Health Experience Required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required

  • Maintains files of current test results and/or archived results in a timely and accurate manner, and protects the confidentiality of all records
  • Stores, monitors usage, and requests orders of test materials, answer sheets equipment, and assessment software so that these materials are kept in sufficient supply, and assists in tracking and management of other therapeutic supplies as assigned
