Job Responsibility:

  • Performs psychological and/or neuropsychological testing for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • May assist with undergraduate and graduate academic student internships and education
  • Administration of neuropsychological and psychological measures following clinical protocols
  • Independently operate and maintain testing equipment, maintain clinical files until test administration and scoring are complete, track testing supplies, and notify supervisor when new supplies need to be ordered
  • Recording and making specific behavioral observations of patient's behavior during testing
  • Standardized administration of neuropsychological tests, patient questionnaires, and questionnaires completed by those accompanying the patient (when applicable)
  • Scoring the administered measures and documenting scores for review by the Neuropsychologist

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Psychological/neuropsychological coursework and/or exposure
  • Test administration
  • People skills/rapport development
