The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and highly qualified Psychology Teacher to deliver the IGCSE and IB Psychology curricula, as well as contribute to the Middle School Integrated Humanities programme. The ability to teach IB Theory of Knowledge is also an advantage. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is dedicated to inspiring students, fostering critical thinking, and nurturing a love for learning

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Use a variety of teaching methods, including inquiry-based learning, discussions, and digital tools
  • Continuously assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support development
  • Support students in achieving their academic goals while promoting personal growth and resilience

Requirements

  • A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (a teaching qualification is preferred)
  • Experience teaching IGCSE and/or IB Psychology (or similar international curricula)
  • A strong understanding of Middle School Humanities education
  • A passion for inspiring students and fostering a love of learning
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment (preferred)
  • Experience or desire to teach IB Theory of Knowledge (preferred)
  • A commitment to student well-being and safeguarding
  • A strong command of English
