Are you a psychology graduate or psychology student looking to apply your knowledge in a practical, rewarding environment? We are seeking passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join one of our partner schools in the Fishponds area, rated Outstanding by Ofsted as "a place where pupils feel safe, secure, and understood." This is a setting where pupils are celebrated for who they are and supported to thrive. This role offers an excellent opportunity to bridge theory and practice, using your understanding of child development, behaviour, and learning to support children with autism and other complex needs.   • Work across five specialist sites – Infants, Juniors, Secondary, Sixth Form, and Alternative Provision – giving you diverse exposure to different age groups and developmental stages
  • Receive ongoing training and mentoring, including Team Teach and Trauma-Informed Practice, to complement your academic studies
  • Build transferable skills in observation, intervention, and tailored support that will strengthen applications for postgraduate study or careers in clinical, educational, or occupational psychology
  • Supporting pupils with a wide range of needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Complex Needs
