Are you a psychology graduate or psychology student looking to apply your knowledge in a practical, rewarding environment? We are seeking passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join one of our partner schools in the Fishponds area, rated Outstanding by Ofsted as "a place where pupils feel safe, secure, and understood." This is a setting where pupils are celebrated for who they are and supported to thrive. This role offers an excellent opportunity to bridge theory and practice, using your understanding of child development, behaviour, and learning to support children with autism and other complex needs. Requirements

  • Is studying or has graduated in Psychology (or a related field)
  • Is confident and calm when supporting challenging behaviour
  • Can adapt strategies to meet individual learning and behavioural needs
  • Demonstrates strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Is resilient, proactive, and passionate about inclusion
  • Is committed to continuous learning and professional development
