Job Responsibility:
Provide 1:1, 2:1, or classroom-based support
Help pupils engage with learning, regulate behaviour, and achieve their individual goals in a supportive and inclusive environment
Requirements:
Is studying or has graduated in Psychology (or a related field)
Is confident and calm when supporting challenging behaviour
Can adapt strategies to meet individual learning and behavioural needs
Demonstrates strong communication and behaviour management skills
Is resilient, proactive, and passionate about inclusion
Is committed to continuous learning and professional development
