Job Description:

A ‘Good’ graded Secondary School in the heart of Southwark is seeking a Psychology Graduate – Teaching Assistant to join their expert team of Teachers and Graduate Teaching Assistants in September 2025 on a Long-Term, Full-Time Basis. Within this role as a Psychology Graduate – Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside dedicated professionals throughout the school to support students across KS3-5. As well as helping out in the classroom, you will be responsible for providing additional help to students with SEND/SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting students across KS3-5 in and out of Psychology lessons including those with SEND/SEMH needs
Working alongside a team of fantastic Psychology Teachers

Requirements:

Psychology graduate with strong academics across university (1st or 2:1), sixth form and secondary school
A passion for Psychology and the desire to become a Psychology Teacher
Experience working with children and young people
A sufficient understanding of SEND/SEMH needs
