Job Description:

Psychology Graduate – Autism Support role to work in a Primary School based within Hammersmith & Fulham, starting September 2025. The role involves working closely with pupils with additional needs to ensure they gain the best learning experience possible.

Job Responsibility:

Working alongside pupils in EYFS, KS1 & KS2
Involves working closely with Classroom Teachers, parents and SENCO to monitor pupil behaviour and create action plans to tailor the pupil’s learning process to their needs
Working alongside pupils with varying levels of SEND needs
Working 1:1 and in groups to deliver tailored learning programs

Requirements:

Strong academic background (Degree, A Levels, GCSEs etc)
Have previous experience working with SEND or SEMH needs
Previous experience working within SEN needs is desired
Have a passion and drive for working within education and supporting children

Nice to have:

Previous experience working within SEN needs
