Job Description:

This role involves supporting pupils with additional needs in a primary school setting, working 1:1 and in groups to deliver tailored learning programs, collaborating with teachers, parents, and SENCO staff.

Job Responsibility:

Working alongside pupils in EYFS, KS1 & KS2
Monitoring pupil behaviour and creating tailored action plans
Working alongside pupils with varying levels of SEND needs
Working 1:1 and in groups to deliver tailored learning programs
Collaborating with Classroom Teachers, parents and SENCO

Requirements:

Strong academic background (Degree, A Levels, GCSEs etc)
Have previous experience working with SEND or SEMH needs
Previous experience working within SEN needs is desired
Have a passion and drive for working within education and supporting children
