Psychology Associate for Postgraduate Psychologist

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
• Opportunity to complete psychological assessments for interested applicants, with therapy caseload expectations adjusted accordingly
• Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates
• Provide high-quality, client-centered care
• Coordinate services with other providers as needed
• Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups

• Doctoral Degree in Psychology
• Active DC license, or license-eligible, as a psychology associate and able to practice under board-approved supervision
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care
• Dedication to lifelong learning, cultural humility, and ethical practice
