We are seeking full-time DC Licensed Psychology Associate, which is the post-graduate designation for a psychologist obtaining the final requirements in order to be independently licensed. Job Responsibility
Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week
Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
Opportunity to complete psychological assessments for interested applicants, with therapy caseload expectations adjusted accordingly
Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates
Provide high-quality, client-centered care
Coordinate services with other providers as needed
Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups
Requirements
Doctoral Degree in Psychology
Active DC license, or license-eligible, as a psychology associate and able to practice under board-approved supervision
Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
Commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care
Dedication to lifelong learning, cultural humility, and ethical practice
