Job Description:

MantraCare is hiring a qualified Psychologist/ Psychometrician in Pune to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive therapeutic support to clients in a dynamic, supportive environment. If you are passionate about helping others and have a background in psychology or therapy, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Provide psychotherapy to clients
Offer services from short-term, goal-oriented Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to employer-sponsored health plans
Treat adults who have undergone brief, evidence-based online screenings
Maintain an up-to-date availability calendar
Ensure timely completion of session documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches
Collaborate with provider support team, licensed clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team
Deliver culturally competent and empathetic care

Requirements:

2+ years of experience
Qualified Psychologist/Psychometrician
Background in psychology or therapy
Open to working with additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families
