Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for clients
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions in a hybrid format
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care
  • Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in psychology

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure to practice psychology in Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with diverse populations and various therapeutic modalities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Passion for mental health advocacy and client-centered care
