The provider is responsible for the care and treatment of patients, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. The provider will diagnose, treat, and help prevent mental health disorders. Residents and Fellows are encouraged to apply. This position specializes in serving the geriatric population. The provider will work collaboratively with patients, their families, the AgeWell team, and behavioral health professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. The role follows a hybrid model, with a combination of in-office and remote workdays.

Doctor of Medicine
Licensed Physician
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License
Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
Inpatient Mental Health Experience Preferred
Experience providing services to patients with severe mental illnesses Preferred
