Formulates initial proposal for disposition and presents findings to the interdisciplinary team
Functions as Team Leader
Assists with case assignments throughout shift and oncoming shift
Assists in providing case consultation and supporting staff with case navigation and complex discharge planning
Assists in onboarding activities for staff in the service, including policies and procedures, as well as clinical teaching/orientation
Supports Senior Clinical Evaluators with to-do items for disposition cases, coaching Mental Health Assistants, and providing needed support and interventions on the floor regarding disposition patients
May assist with supporting the daily interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, which may include discussion of clinical cases and documenting minutes from those meetings
Provides coverage and accessibility for vacations/sick calls, as needed
