  • PostgreSQL DB/SQL Performance Analysis and Tuning
  • Managing PostgreSQL Database Security Audit violations & resolving them
  • User maintenance, Tablespace management
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the PostgreSQL database.
  • Expertise in configuring load Balancing using HAProxy, PGPool
  • Patch management and highlight teams regarding future enhancements & releases
  • pg_dump/pg_dumpallandpg_restore

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of DBA IT experience
  • Installation and Configuration, perform maintenance activity in database
  • Database upgradations and migration
  • Database reconciliation mechanisms
  • Database Migration, Upgrades to be compliant with organization standards
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the PostgreSQL database.
  • Database Installation and Configuration, Database Backup and Recovery
  • Backup and Recovery, Hot Standby and Replication, PITR and Upgradation
  • Experience in Installation and creating Hot Streaming Replication (Master and Slave)
