Our client is seeking a detail-oriented PSP Reconciliation Analyst to join the Finance Department, reporting directly to the Treasury Manager. This role is focused on supporting financial accounting and reporting activities related to Payment Service Provider (PSP) reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple payment channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, delivering timely reconciliations and reporting, and supporting the month-end and year-end close processes. Working closely with the Payments, Operations, and Treasury teams, you will help ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements while contributing to the continuous improvement and automation of finance processes. This position is ideal for an analytical professional who is comfortable working with large transactional datasets, enjoys investigating discrepancies, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Job Responsibility
Record, monitor, and reconcile financial transactions across multiple PSPs and bank accounts
Perform weekly and monthly PSP reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
Reconcile settlements, deposits, withdrawals, fees, chargebacks, and reserve balances
Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes
Conduct basic financial analysis, identify variances, and provide recommendations based on findings
Assist with projects and initiatives aimed at improving and automating departmental processes
Collaborate closely with Payments, Operations, and Treasury teams to ensure smooth financial
Requirements
Previous experience in the Gaming industry, particularly with PSP reconciliations, is highly desirable
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and working with large transactional datasets.
