Job Responsibility

Ensure all activities are completed safely in compliance with the company’s health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
Undertake regular site inspections and safety audits to identify all risks and remove or mitigate against
Active participation in the delivery of safety briefings, toolbox talks, and learning discussions
Oversee, supervise, and participate in the delivery of landscape and ecology works, ensuring that all works are completed satisfactorily, and all relevant works documents are completed and filed in a timely manner
Ensure accurate records of completed works and that they are input in a timely and contractual manner
Ensure that any failure works are reported back to the L&E Planning and Delivery Manager for re-planning
Support the process that identifies the levels of competence required to deliver the service and communicate these back to the L&E Planning and Delivery Manager
Identify and communicate appropriate training requirements for operatives to the L&E Planning Manager and Delivery Manager
