Job Description:

The Proxy Product Manager will serve as a key liaison and operational partner to the currently Europe-based Product Manager for the myMOM product. The role is critical for driving the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring technical and business features are clearly defined, compliant, and delivered efficiently within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) context defined in the MOM Governance. The role involves acting as a key interface between the Product Manager, E2E Integrators and the myMOM Core Development Team. Over time, this role is expected to upskill and take on greater product ownership responsibilities, including managing L3/L4 business incidents and eventually the end-to-end product lifecycle. The role will be 80% focused on the myMOM Product, and initially 10% on both the Station Handover and eParachievement products that are critical to secure compliance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with Product Manager to maintain EPIC backlog
  • Liaise with UX/UI designer and myMOM Core Team to develop mock-ups
  • Facilitate End-to-End test management approach
  • Ensure strong business compliance and validation of delivered features
  • Ensure training documentation is available and translated
  • Identify and manage dependencies with other MOM modules and applications
  • Ensure data compliance by aligning feature definition with ODSL vision
  • Awareness of potential compliance risks
