Morson Edge have partnered with a leading Managed Service Provider in Norfolk is seeking a Provisioning Service Desk Engineer to join its growing operations team. This role sits within a dedicated provisioning function focused on planned IT change requests and user lifecycle management. The successful candidate will thrive in a structured, process-driven environment and enjoy delivering accurate, high-quality technical administration across multiple client environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with MSP or multi-client support experience looking to develop within a modern, fast-growing technology business operating in highly regulated environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing user onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and decommissioning
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, MFA, Intune, and Windows 11 environments
  • Configuring Autopilot and MDM profiles
  • Managing permissions, password resets, and access requests
  • Updating tickets and documentation accurately within ConnectWise
  • Communicating with end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Working closely with the wider service desk team to manage ticket allocation and workflow
  • Identifying opportunities for process and documentation improvements
  • Maintaining consistent performance
