Job Description:

As a Provisioning Analyst, you will be a key player in ensuring our clients' success from the moment they sign their contract through to the completion of their project implementation and handover to support. This role is unique and pivotal therefore we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person, who is passionate about efficiency, problem-solving, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Bazaarvoice is looking for a Provisioning Analyst to cover the hybrid shift (1PM to 10PM LTU time). The LTU Holiday schedule will be applicable.

Job Responsibility:

  • Complete the initial set up (i.e. provisioning) of our product for customers based on contract specifications and assign resources to help clients with implementation
  • Complete the initial set up of projects for our resources to work with based on the information in the contract and SOW, book hours for our resources to track their time during their work on the projects
  • Manage the internal provisioning and project closure related chat rooms and distribution lists that engage the appropriate Bazaarvoice team members to resolve questions and requests related to clients configuration and project setup/closure
  • Update financial records in an accurate and timely fashion with required information
  • Proceed to project closure when services have been delivered, ensuring clients have been successfully implemented against contract entitlements
  • Manage the client lifecycle by executing service terminations, suspensions, or reactivations based on contractual status and financial standing
  • Identify opportunities for improvements to the provisioning program to increase scalability, quality, and efficiency and contribute to updating our documentation

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and maintain knowledge related to the role including, but not limited to, financial rules/regulations, product specifications, and contractual rules/regulations
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with desire to exceed expectations and ability to work extended hours as required
  • Ability to analyse semi-complex to complex problems, identify solutions and execute to solve with limited management oversight
  • Meticulous approach and eagerness to dig into details to ensure products and projects are set up correctly even when the details are ambiguous
  • High organization, with an absolute focus on quality of work, good judgment and decision-making
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a complex workload
  • A good understanding of teamwork and a high appreciation for group goals
  • Bachelor's Equivalent education/experience
