Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Provisioning Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in data management, including experience using workflow management tools to track compliance, task progress, and/or quality of work. The candidate will prepare and produce provisioning technical documentation and logistics support documentation in accordance with Company, military, and commercial specifications and standards. The analyst organizes and prepares specified provisioning documentation including compilation/analysis of source material. Responsibilities include coordinating the development, editing, composition, production, and delivery of assigned provisioning technical documentation in accordance with applicable specifications/standards and other requirements, as well as coordinating required ancillary services and interdepartmental activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data management, including experience using workflow management tools to track compliance, task progress, and/or quality of work
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in shipbuilding logistics support or related field preferred
  • College degree and/or some college preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF
  • Proficiency in data collection, processing, and interpretation of technical documentation and/or research materials
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a structured and process-driven environment with critical deadlines
