Job Description

We are seeking a Provisionally Licensed Therapist at the Ellie Mental Health - Saint Peters, Missouri location who is aligned with making a positive impact in our community. We are a locally owned and operated clinic whose mission is to improve and expand access to quality mental healthcare in our area. Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community
  • Full time requirements are obtaining 25 minimum billable sessions per week
  • Primarily seeing clients in the clinic and also offering telehealth to work from home
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Provisionally licensed mental health professional (MSW, MFT, LMHC, PLPC) valid in the state of Missouri
  • Training in completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Growing ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Growing ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Learning to work with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems
