The Provider Support Specialist is responsible for supporting dentists by ensuring they are meeting the expectations of their role through ongoing consistent feedback, onboarding support, and coordinating training (both initial and ongoing) of dentists. The Provider Support Specialist works with the CMO, Regional Dentist Liaison, and Clinical Support Managers to ensure that customer needs are being met through efficient and customer-focused care.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct check-ins with dentists
Coordinate training for new and existing dentists with Dental Systems Trainer
Collaborate with the operations team for new dentist onboarding
Collaborate with the Clinical Support Managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained
Collaborate with the Dental Support Specialist to ensure timesheets and expenses are approved according to company guidelines
Remain accessible to dentists throughout the day
Perform other duties as necessary
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-3 years’ experience preferred
Management experience preferred
Dental office management preferred
