Job Description:

The Provider Relations Liaison is part of the internal Provider Representative team within the Mercy Care Network Management department. This position serves in a dual capacity, as both an Onboarding Specialist and an Internal Representative, supporting the Network Management mailbox.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as Onboarding Specialist for provider groups
Serve as Internal Representative supporting Network Management mailbox
Continuous communications with providers
Review credentialing applications for completion and accuracy
Complete Provider Demographic Forms for data upload
Conduct new provider orientation in-services
Triage and process provider requests
Complete Provider Demographic Forms for data updates and terminations

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in provider relations and/or contracting
Must reside in Arizona
High school diploma or GED

Nice to have:

Problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented and collaborative nature
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong technological skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree and/or specialized training certification
