Job Description:

This role plans, monitors, and manages large Provider Network projects for the Ohio and Kentucky markets from initiation through completion while ensuring consistency with organizational goals, timelines, and budget constraints.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plans, monitors, manages, and completes internal projects for Network Management for the Ohio and Kentucky markets from initiation through completion
  • Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs
  • Supports and manages large Provider Network projects
  • Develops project plans, defines specific deliverables and deadlines, and establishes project milestones for Network Management
  • Audits large provider data files for accuracy of demographic and network information
  • Manages large provider mailings
  • Identifies project risks and issues, develops risk mitigation strategies, and establishes contingency plans
  • Prepares and delivers project progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and proficiency, such as use of pivot tables, v-look up, etc.
  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Nice to have:

Provider Network Management experience and understanding of Aetna systems
