The Provider Marketing Manager will shape and deliver compelling narratives that inform, engage, and inspire Spring Health’s diverse network of mental health providers. This remote role is part of the Marketing team and plays a critical role in communicating the value of new initiatives, deepening provider connection, and ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a strategic provider communications plan that aligns with organizational priorities and provider needs
Craft clear, engaging, and helpful messages across channels—email, SMS, in-app, and web—to support new features, workflows, and initiatives
Create and maintain a centralized communications calendar in partnership with Clinical Operations and Product
Tailor content and messaging for distinct provider segments and personas
Elevate our provider storytelling strategy with a focus on digestible, informative, and actionable content
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure provider communications are consistent, timely, and aligned with broader engagement goals
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, or provider engagement, ideally within healthcare or health tech
Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a portfolio of multi-channel content
Experience building segmented communications strategies across varied personas or professional roles
Proficiency with tools such as Iterable, Braze or similar for email, SMS, and in-app messaging
Highly collaborative with strong project management skills and attention to detail
