Job Description:

Provider Engagement Advisor (12 week contract) - Age Care Sector. Location: QLD (Remote / Work from Home) Needs to be based in Brisbane. Pay: $50.00 per hour + Super. Employment Type: Full-time, 12-week contract (Potential for extension to October 2026). Start Date: ASAP. As the Provider Engagement Advisor, you will play a key leadership role in promoting clinical and non-clinical programs by building strong relationships with aged care providers and local stakeholders. This is an exciting, "pilot-program" role focused on connecting providers with the Employment Gateway—a platform designed to alleviate workforce pressures and recruit talent. You will work to ensure programs are well-understood, accessible, and responsive to community needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Boost Platform Use: Drive aged care providers to register and recruit through the Employment Gateway
  • Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with Queensland providers as their go-to workforce solution
  • Active Outreach: Identify and meet with providers through site visits, presentations, and industry events
  • Deliver Results: Turn engagement into tangible outcomes like registrations, interviews, and course enrollments
  • Lead Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for employers regarding recruitment and support resources

Requirements:

  • Prior experience within the Aged Care, health, or community services sector is a must
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and industry partners
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and represent programs to external parties
  • Ability to gather insights, identify emerging issues, and contribute recommendations to improve program delivery
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and comfortable adapting to new recruitment or CRM systems
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check
