Job Description:

Detail-oriented and proactive team member to support members and providers in the Employee Assistance Program. Role involves maintaining provider records, making verification calls, and ensuring members receive appropriate benefits and resources.

Job Responsibility:

Making outbound calls to healthcare providers to verify availability
Maintain accurate provider records across multiple systems
Document all interactions thoroughly
Ensure members are connected with appropriate benefits and external resources
Support case managers account executives by addressing network and provider availability concerns
Correct misinformation provided to members
Conduct outreach calls as needed

Requirements:

1-3 years of customer service experience within a call center
Experience using Microsoft Office products specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or GED

Nice to have:

1-3 years of healthcare experience
Previous background in mental health or human services
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a social, psychological, or human service field
