Provider Data Service Senior Coordinator

• Handles escalations submitted by Aetna Network Account Management team or the Aetna Provider Contact Center
• Must be able to use all Meritain applications to review and respond effectively to the submitted inquiry
• Ability to effectively communicate findings to the submitter and or to other Meritain departments and Wholesale Operations
• Ability to handle an average case load of 20 – 30 tickets
• Occasional need to participate and present case findings during meeting

• 2 years healthcare industry experience specifically in provider relations or network experience
• Organizational skills due to case load
• Effectively use Excel
