A medical group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Provider Data Coordinator to support the accuracy and integrity of provider information across internal systems. This Provider Data Coordinator role is responsible for maintaining provider data, performing routine audits, and coordinating with providers and internal departments to ensure complete, current, and compliant records. Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate and compliant provider data through timely data entry, updates, and ongoing record maintenance in EZCAP and other internal systems
review provider records for completeness and accuracy, ensuring required information is current and properly documented
conduct routine audits to identify discrepancies, missing information, or data inconsistencies and take action to resolve issues
communicate with providers, offices, and delegated entities to obtain, confirm, and verify missing or updated information
partner closely with internal teams, including network development, claims, and customer service, to research and resolve provider data issues
monitor data quality and help support compliance with internal standards, payer requirements, and regulatory guidelines
track provider data changes and maintain appropriate documentation of updates and corrections
assist with special projects, reporting, and other provider data management duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate degree preferred
previous healthcare administrative, provider data, credentialing support, or data entry experience preferred
experience working with EZCAP or similar healthcare systems is a plus
healthcare data entry experience preferred, but not required
strong attention to detail and accuracy
excellent organizational and time management skills
ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
strong verbal and written communication skills
basic computer proficiency, including data entry and use of Microsoft Office or similar tools
