Job Description:

Aptiv Prototype Logistics Coordinator manages all customer communications, handle material procurement and shipments follow-up, control inventory levels. This Position requires strong organizational skills and multitasking ability to support prototype development cycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer communications
  • Handel material ordering, and follow up of carriage
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production & Quality to align on prototype schedules
  • Maintain accurate inventory control

Requirements:

  • Master Degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a PC&L Department
  • Proven skills in customer communication, order processing
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent SAP & Process Knowledge
  • Excellent level in Excel
  • Self-organized, structured/methodical, takes initiative
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have:

knowledge of PowerBI or Qliksense is preferable
