Job Description

Our Global Security Organization is composed of multiple teams that work together to support our operations around the globe. The Protective Intelligence Team is responsible for a wide range of intelligence-related functions, including investigations, risk and threat assessments, travel and event risk evaluations, executive protection support, and the development of operational methodologies. In this role, the manager will lead a global Protective Intelligence team composed of experienced analysts who are experts in their field, overseeing the development, execution, and quality assurance of intelligence and investigations products, while providing briefings and actionable intelligence to key stakeholders. The manager will also direct strategic investigative operations as assigned and support cross-functional internal clients—including headquarters and regional offices—by delivering threat assessments and intelligence services to enhance the safety and security of Meta’s leadership. This position is critical to Meta’s commitment to safeguarding our leaders and supporting the organization’s global security objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a global team of experienced protective intelligence analysts assessing threats to Meta leaders

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in protective intelligence, investigations, risk management, or geopolitical intelligence, with a proven record of success
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • Proven track record of working within a global arena
  • Proven experience in working with highly confidential information
  • Demonstrated experience in completing multiple tasks simultaneously and experience working in a deadline-focused environment with minimal supervision
