Job Responsibility:

  • Support advisers with protection cases from enquiry to completion
  • Research products and prepare suitability reports
  • Handle protection quotes and liaise with providers
  • Manage case administration and ensure smooth processing
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to convert cases into advised sales
  • Potential to develop into a Protection Advisor role

Requirements:

  • Experience in paraplanning or protection case handling
  • Understanding of protection products (life, critical illness, income protection)
  • Strong organisational and case management skills
