Job Responsibility
Providing whole-of-market protection advice to clients
Conducting fact-finds and identifying suitable insurance solutions
Managing appointments generated through internal mortgage adviser referrals
Maintaining compliant records and delivering excellent customer outcomes
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the advice process
Converting warm, pre-qualified leads into completed business.
Requirements
CAS status is essential
Previous experience providing protection advice
Strong knowledge of life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and related products
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
