Job Responsibility

  • Providing whole-of-market protection advice to clients
  • Conducting fact-finds and identifying suitable insurance solutions
  • Managing appointments generated through internal mortgage adviser referrals
  • Maintaining compliant records and delivering excellent customer outcomes
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the advice process
  • Converting warm, pre-qualified leads into completed business.

Requirements

  • CAS status is essential
  • Previous experience providing protection advice
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and related products
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
