We are looking for a dedicated Prospecting Coordinator to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in supporting our manufacturing operations by providing exceptional customer service and handling various administrative tasks. Job Responsibility:

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage outbound calls to follow up on prospects and maintain clear communication with clients
  • Accurately enter and update customer data into the CRM system while adhering to company standards
  • Process orders and ensure all related documentation is completed in a timely manner
