Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with 1+ years' experience
Strong knowledge of soft IP law, including trade marks, designs, and copyright
Experience with UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO processes
A commercial mindset and confident communicator, comfortable advising brand owners and marketing teams
A team player with a proactive approach to client service and portfolio management
Language skills (especially French, German or Spanish) are a bonus, given the international client base
