Mach Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our groundbreaking new division, Mach Propulsion. The role covers the development of a highly automated manufacturing process for small turbojet engines. We are on a mission to deliver high-performance small turbine engines at scale needed by rethinking the fundamentals to enable high-rate, scalable manufacturing. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop the manufacturing process, select appropriate tools and suppliers, design the manufacturing floor plan
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality
  • Support the assembly and testing of machines and equipment as necessary
  • Team leadership to build the production team

Requirements:

  • BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years in rapid product development environment
  • Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes
  • Proficiency in NX for product design and engineering
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and methodologies
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities
