Job Description

As a Propositions Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of business propositions across Vodafone Business. You will put the customer at the centre of everything you do, working closely with Product teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs, support business growth, and improve portfolio performance. You'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across Vodafone Business, including Product, Commercial, Consumer and other teams, to build strong business cases and ensure successful delivery of propositions to market.

  • Responsible for a portfolio of business propositions across Vodafone Business
  • Put the customer at the centre of everything, working closely with Product teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs, support business growth, and improve portfolio performance
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across Vodafone Business, including Product, Commercial, Consumer and other teams, to build strong business cases and ensure successful delivery of propositions to market
  • Create and improve the proposition development process, using customer insights and market opportunities to build strong business cases for new propositions
  • Work closely with Product teams to deliver proposition requirements, improving the feature delivery process to ensure propositions are launched successfully and achieve clear commercial outcomes
  • Track the performance of propositions, using commercial insights to measure success and make informed decisions to drive growth
  • Drive innovation across the business, working with teams such as Strategy and Innovation to bring new ideas to market
  • Work closely with teams across Brand, Sales, Propositions, Social, PR, Go-to-Market, Demand Generation, Data, Digital and external agencies to successfully deliver activities and achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of developing and launching propositions that drive business growth
  • Proven experience working within a Managed Services portfolio environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to quickly get up to speed and deliver results even when processes and ways of working are still evolving
  • Proactive and curious mindset with strong market knowledge & customer trend awareness
  • Strong collaborator with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to build trusted relationships across teams, communicate effectively at all levels, and bring people together to achieve shared goals
