Job Responsibility

  • Translate proposition strategy and multi-year roadmaps into clear, actionable plans grounded in market and customer insight
  • Support the end-to-end definition of propositions, from customer insight and audience targeting to detailed requirements
  • Lead the design of innovative, commercially strong propositions that balance strategy, performance and customer experience
  • Drive go-to-market activity by supporting launch planning and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Own customer experience and commercial performance, building business cases, tracking success metrics and continuously optimising results
  • Manage propositions in-life by monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities, and resolving issues to maximise performance
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the organisation

  • You have experience in proposition development, ideally within the telecoms sector
  • You bring a customer-first mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
