  • Write, edit, and refine proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with our brand mission of delivering exceptional experiences
  • Maintain a dynamic content library, including reusable proposal elements, product messaging, visuals, and customer success stories
  • Establish and track KPIs (response times, content utilization) to continuously improve performance, foster positivity, and demonstrate strategic impact
  • Champion the proposal function as a strategic marketing asset that connects closely with brand, sales and marketing to know your target and deliver tailored value

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in proposal development or related marketing roles
  • experience leading or building a team strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and optimizing proposal processes, content systems, and team workflows
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a talent for persuasive storytelling and customer focus
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and act decisively
  • Background in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or RFP-heavy industries is a plus
